On the note of anime, I recently watched the Tales of Zestiria anime since I'd heard bad things about the game. It was enjoyable enough - the plot wasn't anything special and I thought the lead was pretty boring, but otherwise I liked most of the cast (Edna and Mikleo being my favorites), and the presentation was great.

Kinda curious what the game does differently, but I doubt I'd get around to it for a while.

Oh, if you like them in the anime, you'll love them in the game. Edna in particular is amazing in game.

Rean/Alisa is the preferred option among those two, but both of them pale in comparison to a host of other options that are out there.

I actually really like Alisa to, but for someone reason I never bought her and Rean as a couple

Also a few of us in this topic have played Cold Steel, but neither Leon nor Jeff Zero are among those unless they played it in secret or something.
